@AskLyft@lyft I need help .... I contacted support via email 5 min after getting out the Lyft because I dropped my phone. The email support sucks and said the contacted the driver but he never responded to me or them. So you just take my $1500 phone? Wtf!!
@AskLyft I have sent countless emails about retrieving my phone from a drivers car!!!! I’ve messaged the driver and nothing. Your email support is trash... they refused to contact driver via phone being I can’t! I filed a police report. My phone is moving I just want it back!
