@AshleyHomeStore also asked to speak to a manager at customer service, who got on the phone, said they couldn’t hear me and would call me back.... guess what? Never got a call
@AshleyHomeStore also your automated “send a DM” doesn’t matter. No one calls... and if you do get ahold of customer service, they say if you bought in store call the store... which has never answered their phone once

@AshleyHomeStore so after waiting 6 months for my couch, and now trying to be refunded. I got a call from customer service only to tell me they aren’t able to assist me and to call customer service. What is wrong with you guys? Who runs the customer department? A robot??
