The state murder of Majid Nikandish and Ali Hemmati, two young men arrested on January 8, 2026, in Mashhad, is yet another reminder of the Islamic Republic’s brutality against the Iranian people.

These systematic atrocities expose the regime’s terror of the next wave of popular uprising, an inevitable surge no execution can stop.
So long as the Islamic Republic remains in power, innocent lives will continue to be stolen through sham trials and fabricated charges. The world must not look away.
