Download “200 Golden Hadiths by the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W)” or any hadith book on the Books app on an IPhone and try to read 1 a day. Download Tafsir + Thematic Quranic studies Audiobooks and Podcasts and listen in free time. Download a Quran app and recite a few ayahs a day.

it's always unfortunate when a friendship becomes unbalanced (or you realise it's always been that way), but the clarity that follows through the boundaries that are instated is always better than overextending yourself to try and keep your half of the friendship alive
i don’t agree with the whole “ I’m giving people the same energy they give me “. I think you should give people your pure, truest energy, the realest version of you, and if they don’t appreciate you then you can walk away. why would you lower yourself just because they are low
Tbh as soon as something hurts me even the slightest bit or affects my emotional state negatively, I will remove myself from the situation permanently. I have no space for anything that leads to negativity in any aspect of my life
