Hard to believe most new articles online are “AI slop.”

If AI invents the idea and writes the piece, yes. That’s slop.

If a person has the idea and only uses AI to clean up the wording… is that slop?

The line between editing and outsourcing is getting very blurry.

All I know is whoever came up with the phrase "AI slop" was probably using AI.

Without AI I don’t know where I’d be. True story.

Went all EGO electric at the house. Mower, chainsaw, blower, trimmer, pressure washer. Love them. Quiet, no gas, they actually get used ever week. Tesla coming someday.

Yesterday a big battery hit the "red ring of death". Those batteries are not cheap. Tried the usual stuff. Charge. Reset. Wait. Recheck the lights. AI and I worked through it until there was one option left. Drop it 3 feet, face down, on the cement.

Guess what. It worked. Saved me $800.

That’s the part nobody puts in the adoption talk. Sometimes the model does not write you a strategy. It talks you into one last stupid idea before you buy another battery.
