@manmohan1457 Yes the policies of the Govt is at fault. But it is a very sad affair in the country that innocent buyers are cheated in broad daylight and the Govt cannot take action. If the same happens to Govt treasury( income tax) the government is so quick to punish the defaulter.

I hear so many defaulting builders are pulled up by Hrera but for I LD it seems it is special builder who is in ‘most favoured builder list’

@rakeshdaultabad Dear Sir we appreciate your concern and help. We the would be owners of our flat in ILD Greens Sect 37C booked in 2008, promised for possession in 2012 paid 95% of the payment. Still not hopeful to get possession in our lifetime. The builder foolin the HB. No help from RERA

@vinodkmys @FightForRERAInd It is really an experience how these builders cheat honest HB. Along with this you get an experience how the concerned authorities who are being paid thru tax which we pay, do not take any forceful action to correct the situation.
