If 30 armed officers wearing full tactical gear with ballistic shields are too afraid to confront a single gunman with an AR-15, they SHOULD NOT be in the hands of civilians.

@MoString I’ve heard a walking pad with a standing desk works wonders for keeping you task focused because your body is able to keep stimming in a non-distracting way. I currently use an exercise ball as a chair so I can move around nonstop while I try to stay focused and it’s been great.
