Can someone explain why the algorithm would chose a Share with a rider completely out of the way from my destination? My time in transit increased substantially. So annoyed and late. The price gouging was bad enough but now I'm late too?!

Why would there be an option to literally go miles out of the way to pick up another passenger rather than a closer one?
Does Uber need the money that badly? First the algorithm overcharged and then created an inconvenience?

I guess its Lyft for now...

@cvspharmacy Got transfered to Aetna when calling CVS. The absolute worst most convoluted customer service experience I've ever had.
