This thread is great, and has so much relation to motorsport training. Sitting on Bosu balls doesn’t physically prepare you to drive a race car. Lifting heavy and developing the capacity to deal with the demands will!

Plyometrics aren't something you pick-up or just drop at any point, plyometrics are part of movement and locomotion as a whole.
They like speed and COD are non-negotiables that you should be working on all the time! Here are some musts you should have in your program year round!
