@EamonnFlanagan I think Rich Burnett's Max RSI is a must for this list. Very short entrance Flight Time into landing that punches the athlete vertically. I think it's a great measure of how you create reactivity from very little momentum, rather than the utility of energy we usually measure
The Plyomat 3.0 app is here. If you own a Plyomat, it's yours, free.
Five years ago this started as a jump mat built in a garage. Today it's a
full platform built around the hardware you already own:
▪️ The live display: jump height, contact time, RSI, DRI, and Power Score the moment they land
▪️ Live Reactive Strength Quadrant: every rep sorted Reactive, Compliant, Stiff, or Developing, in real time
▪️ Cloud HQ: every athlete and every session, synced across phone, desktop, and web
▪️ Dozens of reports that actually mean something
No subscription. No paywall. No per seat. Just the measurement layer your floor has always deserved.

@GaTechAlum_IE92@missyMmcbeth Highest jumpers in the world are in the ranges of 6-6’4 and weigh 155-170lb there’s no fat around here. If you wana jump high don’t be fat lol
DEEP TIER PLYOMETRICS are everywhere or as @McInnesWatson defines them, DEEP TIER LANDINGS. Make sure to prepare with the oscillatory work and then place emphasis on maintaining the pattern you are loading. Make sure to check out the full episode!

HOW BIG IS YOUR PLYOMETRIC HEAT MAP?
This was a concept brought up by @McInnesWatson regarding PLYOMETRICS and how many programs are leaving valuable benefits on the table by staying stationary.

More like low jumping, but it’s a start! Fun one out in the sun, fairly pleased with the short sprints today. 5x 5+10yd flys and 3 x 10+10 yd flys @mcinneswatson
Coaches and trainers will be shocked with the price we will sell this resisted running device for with amazing data and already developed Mobile Ap. We have always tried to give more and more for less instead of keep adding "add on" pricing. WE. UNDERSTAND. COACHES.
Tendinopathy is more than just an overload injury. It behaves like a disease process via a cascade of mechanical, metabolic, vascular & neural changes -locking the tendon in a degenerative loop when it becomes chronic.
Here is how I make sense of it with ref to the Achilles

@lahti_johan@EamonnFlanagan Just saw this apologies. I think DRI has great legs init. We have to consider whats creating our RSI. Incoming fall height/velocity is our determinent of truly how reactive we are for utility of momentum.
@lahti_johan Hi Johan, I've only skim read that article. Its on reading list.
I like idea of a RSI metric integrating "dropping height" and factoring that in. Makes intuitive sense. @McInnesWatson has spoken about this.
The "integral" RSI also tries to do this

@EamonnFlanagan@lahti_johan Thanks Eamonn. Check out @lancebrooks_phd new DRI metric. Study is linked below. But takes into consideration some critical points for assessing true reactive strength https://t.co/lGzDy7bpwQ
