@OctopusEnergy And actually, maybe you should address the main issue: my non working smart meter, installed March 25th, still no solutions?? GSoP Compensation, that’s £40 for failure to provide a solution within 5days!

@OctopusEnergy I would also like to point out the UK Power Networks have been fantastic, so quick in response, it took me 3 hours to get set up and a MPAN number, your web site says 6-8 weeks!! Why does it take so long your end???
