Why cannot the govt make PP as a citizenship doc.For non- Indians issue a separate doc. which mentions the time frame for which doc. is issued.Ammendment of the existing laws can be done by the https://t.co/C7bLT7fTpU due course by issuing an ordinance which will be time barred.Visas are issued to non Indian citizen in any case.
