So I wanted to share some additional context on Mike Ho’s recent transaction.
Mike did not sell 1.5M shares in the open market. In fact, Mike has not sold any shares since we started the company.

In June, the PUCT asked more than 300 Texas data center operators to disclose their grid and water impacts. Hut 8 was one of just 28 companies that responded.
Transparency and accountability should not start when they become mandatory. That is the standard we have always held and always will.
