In the face of genocide my story is nothing. Centering a Jewish anti Zionist perspective/story in an exhibition on the Palestinian cause is not popular but I am grateful for the platform to add my story.

I use the quintessential zionist imagery of my childhood to point at the hypocrisy of the lies I was told, the apartheid system, and to visually point at me. In shame, looking down and back at my complicity.

Not Peace, Apartheid is the fourth theme of the Still Here exhibition.

Palestinians and Israelis live on the same land, but do not have the same rights.

From movement and privacy to family life and legal rights, nearly every aspect of daily life is affected by systems of separation and control.

The works in this section explore how these realities shape Palestinian lives.

Still Here is now open in Lisbon through June 16.
