- How can one get a challans, when even car was not registered on that date?

Today received SMS about the e-challan for a vehicle. Logged in to (https://t.co/T0rGAgwH7O) and details says I got challan for not wearing helmet on my 4 wheeler. Violation date on challan is 31-Dec-2019 (btw my vehicle is 2022 registration). @PuneCityTraffic @CPPuneCity

@rlathia @PMOIndia A lot people supported GST considering, it will solve a lot of taxation issues,m. There will only one time tax in whole India. I feel sorry for all income tax payers in India, they still pay taxes for N number of times.

When tried to contact with the owner of the particular flat, initially they didn’t pick up the call and later they promised that will stop the work and will have proper discussion with me once I am back to town. I was relief.
