Another @RoyalMail fail with the so called “failed delivery” attempts. You won’t deliver anything if you don’t actually come to the door!! Infuriating being told that “no one seemed to be in” when you’ve not left the house 😡

@SPTcorporate dismayed to find there is still a charge of 30p to use toilet at Buchanan Bus Station and even more dismayed to witness the lack of compassion shown by the toilet security guard towards a woman who did not understand nor have the money. Treat people with dignity
