This is another message I got. Even after paying the premium already.
We would like to inform you that kindly submit Health certificate for reinstate the policy also please pay the premium amount of Rs.26751 to reinstate your policy.
Shameful conduct by @TataAIALife. For a 7-day delay on 7-year-old policies, they are harassing both me AND my wife. Forced medicals, redundant paperwork, and zero human support. Is this how @TataCompanies treats loyal customers? #InsuranceHarassment#ConsumerRights @IRDAI_India

But I really appreciate the support you have been providing for last 1.5 months. Check the attached screenshot for your great service on one single issue..

What’s the issue now? Pathetic service no human to talk
@TataAIA_Life have a policy since 7 yrs, premium payment missed due to bank SI change, policy changed to reduced paid up, some assured to almost 10%. No reminder calls, no followup, no way to pay the permium from your website, customer support doesn't pick up, bot is pathetic.
@TataAIA_Life I am not seeing any response from customer support on email on explanation. Not able to connect to phone helpline. Why have my policy been completely disrupted. I think I need ro raise a grievance to IRDA.
I would strongly recommend people to not take a policy from Tata AIA.
@TataAIA_Life You guys are playing games with the policy. Please have someone call and resolve. I have already made payment for both policies. What’s really going on? Your customer service doesn’t connect. God forbid if a claim is needed you would make people run pole to pole.
