Featured in the @WSJ this week!
I am glad reverse recruiting is having its moment.
Great piece by @lindsayaellis which has generated a lot of conversation about how tough the white-collar market is right now.

@michaelmiraflor Michael we met back in Zenith days - 100% agree with you here - @curious_vii has a good take on not everyone having the novelty bias to be an entrepreneur.
Reverse recruiting was profiled on @CNBCMakeIt yesterday by @jljenniferliu !
Nuanced deep-dive on the risks, benefits and reasons why RR is a feature of today's job market (and why it may be here to stay)
A @reverse_recruit client was interviewed!

My company @reverse_recruit was described in the @WSJ article. I disagree that "It's less about vanity and more about survival." Many of our candidates want to get a job faster or with higher pay, they're employed and not desperate.
Job hunting has gotten so backwards that
Dubbed "reverse recruiting," job seekers are paying fees, monthly retainers, or even ๐ญ๐ฌ%+ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ just to get in front of a hiring manager.
And the average search time? About 6 months, according to December federal data.
To help in the hunt,
It's less about vanity and more about survival.

Prospective mid-career workers are reporting hundreds of applications before interviews appear, if they appear at all.
But the market itself isn't discriminating.
So workers are staying put and companies are scared to commit.
It's leaving us in a feedback loop from hell where low employment and even lower mobility are kneecapping job hunters.
@Quxiss@CBSNews Thank you, the article was about our firm, we actually secure on average 25 interviews per job seeker over the last 22 months. I'll be publishing a full verifiable dataset soon. @reverse_recruit
Fair article on the interview machine we've developed for job seekers.
Critical point: for candidates, we email and message 5-10 people at every company we submit a job application to, with highly personalized messages.

Reverse Recruiting Agency charges job seekers $1,500 per month, while guaranteeing them a minimum of nine job interviews in three months. https://t.co/ZfgiTTFyfn
@svpino take it from someone who submits 5000 applications per week with a team of VAs - human in the loop and applying via career page is best - which I am sure is totally doable as part of this workflow.
