@ASUSIndia Yesterday I got the laptop back. Data recovery promised but wasn't done. Laptop had pre-installed MS Office but now, MS office isn't working.
When contacted service center, they're falsely accusing MS Office license was deleted with permission. No proof is there with them.

Really frustrated with the service center and toll free customer care teams as have called almost 10 times and escalated the issue four times but no improvement so far. Laptop is due for Repair for last 10 days.
