@AmazonHelp Need help for Order ID: 171-2091859-7306709. While replying last mail from cs-reply, firstly I am getting one email saying mail received and they will respond in 6 hours but then I receive another mail saying mail was not delivered to cc, can u pls check what is happening here

@AmazonHelp This particular issue was raised with Amazon on 29th April and with Social media team on 2nd June, I don’t think we are any near to resolution even after 2months 7 days. I can’t even use or get product repaired as outcome is not known
