@naashonomics Today only, a broker called for this property and I straightforwardly declined due to the location, as Saukya Road is way too far and likely an outskirt, and it doesn't justify the price.
@SKumararchives Pure rage bait.
Rajan isn’t advocating smuggling; he’s pointing out that chip fabs don't ensure autarky since tools & raw silicon remain foreign, while small chips bypass blockades anyway. He argues billions in subsidies should fund defense essentials like munitions instead.
Hi @CeoNoida@CP_Noida@noida_authority
What kind of parking scam is going on in Sec 144:
1. Parking slip is generated from different sector
2. Multiple Prkg slips generated for same vehicle
3. Truck Park rate is being charged for car.
4. No vendor detail and abusive parking guy
@aviralbhat Last year Optiver's recruiter has reached out me with comp ~$1 million, with potential to reach $1.5 million through bonuses in Amsterdam.
Generally, HFT skills, like optimizing for sub-millsec latency, are valued among big tech as it translate directly to distributed systems.
Taxpayers deserve to know their money is being used effectively. We need clear metrics, transparent reporting, and a focus on real value, not just bureaucracy.
Once Elon tweeted: "What did you get done this week?"
At Google, I learned the power of being outcome-driven focusing on key results above all else.
Governments should operate the same way. Successful companies thrive by measuring progress, adapting, and delivering results.
@aviralbhat Not sure if I missed something here.
Central Pay Commissions are set up every 10 years. So 30% hike roughly translate into 2.65% yearly hike which generally is much less than inflation and private sector.
🧵 I think zomato stock will at least go down by 5%.
As per the result:
Revenue surges 68.5% YoY, but profits plummet 30.43% QoQ.
YoY growth is fantastic, but that QoQ profit drop from ₹253 crore to ₹176 crore is a major ouch.
Please note that Zomato paid tax on their profit before tax (PBT) which they didn’t last quarter.
So, even we look at PBT, that is 237 compared to 239 last quarter.
Given PE, I was expecting higher PBT.
A product X which is proprietary works best on the product Y which is also proprietary. It's a system that reinforces itself and excludes or marginalizes the rest.
