@EmilyLonetto Several good ideas already. I suggest booking 50 min meetings and give yourself break in between. Also, just to take a contrary view, if the meetings are to help your team get their job done, or make critical decisions and keep the business moving, I would say bring them on.
Chief Operating Officers often play very different roles at different companies but the position is usually most useful if CEO & COO are yin and yang (e.g. extravert <-> introvert; product focus <-> sales & marketing focus; customer/external focus <-> operations/internal focus).

@DrHughHarvey @TirathPatelMD Not sure how it works in the UK, but for the US market a "reimbursement strategy" for a new medical device is equally important as the "regulatory strategy". Commercial success for medical device startups in the US requires Payers to be on board and well.
@airfrance slow wheelchair service caused my parents to miss their connecting flight at CDG. They're stranded there for 8 hrs now - with no coupons or help from your airline. Not the best customer service.👎
