Hey @IndiGo6E, my flight 6E 5326 (BOM-HYD) is significantly delayed. We were originally scheduled to depart at 19:40, but now it's pushed to 22:05. Is the aircraft arriving by road? Just trying to understand the logistics here. Looking forward to getting to Hyderabad! ✈️
@ZurichKotak Again, you need to be transparent with why the approved parts were rejected. If you have justification for this then matter needs no further discussion, but unfortunately you don't have an answer and you are simply repeating same statements.
Zero Dep with @ZurichKotak doesn’t cover a handler’s fragile ego. Asked for a new handler, so he used his desk power to un-approve my damages out of spite! 👏🚩 @IRDA_OFICIAL
@ZurichKotak You can maintain your stance but as a customer we have the right to seek answers and transparency on how approvals change and regarding your claim handler behavior and his comments? Kindly share Nodal office details. We will be taking this to highest level
@ZurichKotak You have just said your decision is final but no information on why the assessment details were changed without any evidence? If you were fair as an organization, you would have come out clean and transparent not beating around bush. I will take you guys to Insurance Ombudsman
@ZurichKotak Dear @ZurichKotak.... Still no response or fair assessment. You guys have not answered questions asked on email regarding the contradictory information from your claims Handler Prem Prakash Yadav
@ZurichKotak Thank you. The email does not address why previously approved accident-related repairs were later rejected, nor does it clarify the cited policy basis. Awaiting a detailed response. @irdaindia
@ZurichKotak I checked my mailbox ZKGI=019-472-639
Claim Number : 10110396550. No response recieved. Would appreciate if you guys can be fair and transparent.
Nothing screams "premium service" like @ZurichKotak letting a claims handler weaponize his job. Complained to Grievance about his rude behavior, so he took personal revenge by partially rejecting damages he previously approved. Truly top-tier professionalism! 📉🛡️
@airindia Delusional @airindia to claim "information provided" when you haven't had courtesy to acknowledge my emails. My queries remain unanswered while you hurry to close Case ID: 39175062. A jammed handle is structural damage, not wear & tear. Stop avoiding accountability. @MoCA_GoI
Extremely frustrated with @airindia poor service yet again. My baggage severely damaged during transit and ground staff took zero accountability. Complaint 39165525 raised. hoping for real action this time, unlike my last experience. @DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI#Time2Improve
@airindia@MoCA_GoI@airindia there is no response shared after my email dated 12th Apr. Only hurry you have is to close the case and run away from taking accountability

@airindia@MoCA_GoI Deeply saddened by @airindia’s lack of accountability. A destroyed handle is dismissed as "wear & tear" after staff refused to even inspect it. Never expected an airline symbolizing the legacy of Late Mr. Ratan Tata to treat customers and their belongings this way.@TataCompanies
@airindia "Careful review"? Your staff Mr. Mallesh, refused to even inspect the bag when specifically called by the info desk officer at arrival. A jammed handle is a structural failure, NOT "minor wear." I need a bare minimum by tomorrow for my travel. Total lack of accountability!
@airindia In touch"? The only "assistance" so far is your Nodal Office calling structural damage "normal wear & tear," while the help desk rushes to close the case by passing the buck. Zero accountability or resolution from @airindia. @MoCA_GoI@DGCAIndia#Takeaccountability@airindia
@airindia How is a "detailed assessment" possible when your staff, Mr. Mallesh, refused to even come and inspect the bag at the arrival desk when asked by the info officer? Total lack of accountability from @airindia. @MoCA_GoI@DGCAIndia#AirIndia#ServiceDeficiency Ref: 39165525
@airindia Repetition of an incorrect assessment is not a resolution. Detailed information that classifies a structural failure jammed handle as "normal wear & tear" is factually flawed. You've rendered a premium bag unusable. I do not "understand" I expect accountability.
@MoCA_GoI
@MoCA_GoI Disappointed with @airindia’s Nodal Officer response. Labeling a jammed & broken trolley handle as "normal wear and tear" is a blatant denial of facts. Cosmetic scuffs are normal; a non-functional handle is a structural failure. Requesting intervention.
@DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI
@airindia No update recieved after me sharing all the details and evidence with your Customer Service Office - Vikram Singh. I believe by the time you guys will be making a decision, I will be boarding my flight back to Mumbai which unfortunately happens to be Air India again.
@MoCA_GoI Thank you for your prompt response! I have shared the requested details via email to [email protected] as I was unable to send a direct message on X
