FSDL’s exit was known. Performax’s exit was known. What did AIFF do meanwhile, when three women’s national teams are playing the Asia Cups and chasing a World Cup dream?

Did they approach Nike, Adidas or any global brand to back these girls? No. Instead, another unrealistic tender that everyone knew wouldn’t attract bids at AIFF’s expectations.

Now, the makeshift jerseys sent to Australia weren’t even the proper sizes. Last-minute local vendor used. India is the only team at the Asian Cup playing in substandard kits.

This is not just mismanagement, it’s disrespect to the players and the country. #IndianFootball
