I am writing to respectfully bring to your attention a matter of serious concern affecting me and my family. We believe that we have been subjected to false allegations and undue hardship without any formal notice, acknowledgement, or clear communication from authorities at both the state and central levels.

As a responsible citizen, I have fully cooperated with the concerned authorities, including the police and investigative agencies, and have provided all information within my knowledge to assist in resolving the matter. To the best of my understanding, the issue had already been addressed earlier by the Mumbai Police.

Despite this, I continue to face uncertainty and distress. I am struggling to understand the reasons behind this situation and seek clarity on the following:

What is the basis of the allegations against me?
Why am I being targeted despite my cooperation?

This situation is affecting not only my personal life but also my ability to pursue normal activities such as education and career growth.

I humbly request your kind intervention to ensure transparency, fairness, and a proper review of my case so that the truth may be established and justice served.

Yesterday I order a Meal from zomato, the delivery partner took more than 1 hour while initially on app the time was 23min, while receiving the order the delivery partner act weird and was not seems to be a authorized delivery person.

While I have reported many times that the orders I'm receiving are adulterated this time again found *Non-veg* peaces in the veg meal that I ordered. I immediately called delivery guy to report the issue again he acted weird and asked me to contact restaurant & *blocked* my number.

I would like to clarify that I am not a politician.

I have been under pressure to name certain girls who are allegedly associated with Abhishek Singh and his associates. Recently, I came to believe that Mr. Pawan Poojary and his associates may have attached certain medical documents along with photographs of these girls using my shop address or through other means.

I wish to make it clear that I have no involvement in these activities and should not be associated with any such documents, photographs, or allegations.

I believe I have been trageted and Clean Setup is plotted against me which is the reason I want to lodge FIR complaint which I wasn’t able to as I mention earlier .

As a final step, I am recording my statement here. I believe I have been falsely implicated in a rape case involving a woman associated with Pawan Poojary, who I understand was officially linked to Abhishek Singh and his former partner.

I highly suspect that my father's death was planned and should be thoroughly investigated. During my time at Y Media Labs, despite receiving clean exit documents, I believe I was fraudulently blacklisted.

At the beginning of my tenure, I was introduced to an employee named Jay Challa, who was not part of my project. In several meetings, he repeatedly emphasized that he was from Ahmedabad. During that same period, my father passed away, and afterward Jay Challa messaged me about my father's death.

I also want investigators to examine any possible connection involving Pawan Poojary and the woman he mentioned, whom I believe may have been from Ahmedabad. I request that these circumstances be investigated.

I have raised concerns multiple times about suspected food adulteration involving orders placed through the online food delivery apps @Swiggy and @zomato . I have also suffered multiple stroke attacks. I believe my food orders and online activities have been monitored through unauthorized access to my devices, Wi-Fi, and internet connection by a group of people in my society, whom I believe are associated with political parties.

I also believe my father's death should be thoroughly investigated. The day after my father's demise, Pawan Poojary asked me about the names of certain girls, which I later came to believe may have been related to Abhishek Singh. At the time, I did not question these conversations because I had just lost my father and was grieving.

I visited the police station to lodge an FIR, but the police officer refused to register my complaint or even a Non-Cognizable (NC) complaint. I believe these matters warrant an impartial investigation, as I fear they may be part of a larger issue that has caused significant suffering to my family.
