How @Target? I’m now being told that I need to front the money to reorder these items at the non discounted rate I initially paid for them. No Black Friday deal. Probably won’t get the items in time for my trip for the holidays. This is terrible customer service.

Ordered 13 items on Black Friday at @Target and received one item that I didn’t order. I have spent hours on the phone with many reps about this issue, being told they were being reordered and I still am showing a cancelled order in my account and no replacements yet

Why can I not reach anyone at the local nashville office? I get being understaffed, but if you can’t keep your phone lines on during business hours, then why can’t the 24 hour lines be able to handle it?

It’s been since Friday 8/19 that I still havnt been called by @SuburbanPropane and I’ve sent escalations to corporate and still nothing yet. I’ve also been very friendly, just trying to figure this whole mess out…

@warnerblaster The outside is sketchy, the inside is like being in a movie, the food is LEGIT. Don’t go in a hurry, don’t get mad at the only two dudes that run the place, they slow, the food is worth it. Also if you are concerned with price, ask for the amount before you order :)
