@virginmobilecan signed up for internet service 9 months at 50% off monthly price for 1 year. EVERY SINGLE bill I'm charged full price and have to call to have it fixed. Am always told it will be fixed for the next bill. Guess what, it never is! What gives? Fix this!

@bell have had the worst experience over the last week trying to get a replacement modem. Countless time spent on phone, 6 different phone calls and different information from each representative. No tv service going on 2 weeks now.
