@British_Airways The only reason I requested a voucher is because your website is misdirected me. I clicked the Cancel/Refund button and filled in the form.

@British_Airways Hi, our flight was cancelled and so I tried to claim a refund. I clicked the "cancel and refund" button but after I had submitted that form it said about getting a voucher. As the flight is cancelled I would like a refund of the money

@YodelOnline Got home to find my signed for delivery left on the doorstep. I received an email earlier to say that it had been left with a neighbour, but I spoke to them and they knew nothing about it. There should be more to this and I don't know if was not delivered or stolen
