Just had to pop on here for a sec to tag my least favorite company @UHC @askUHC for their shady business practices. They keep declining my son’s claims and “asking” if he has other insurance. As I have confirmed almost 10 TIMES, he has no other insurance!!

I’m in an endless back and forth with @UHC over my son’s insurance. He’s been covered since his birth, yet they claim he has “other insurance” and decline every one of his claims. I’ve called, updated the website, called. And still, declines. Horrible customer service. Help!

@michaelmiraflor Agree with you completely! I’m sharing this thread with my team (media agency, big holdco). We always encourage camera on. FWIW, I also think smaller mtgs are better and more effective
