@united I’ve made a refund request for the difference in cost of flights and was denied. I emailed CS and denied. I’ve included all documents. This email I received says I should have been able to change my flight with no additional cost. Why can’t I get a refund?

@CloudflareHelp we have a business website plan. Our account has been working perfectly. I installed the Cloudflare Wordpress Plugin on our new site. I clicked on "Optimize Cloudflare for WordPress" and lost all of my shortcodes! Deactivating and uninstalling doesn't help.
