people waste so much time forcing themselves to believe or trying to erase every negative thought when the only thing u need to do is saturate ur subconscious with ur new desired reality. u don’t need to believe, just affirm!!

How to change your identity:

1. Decide who you are now.
I’m loved. I’m chosen. I’m successful. I’m secure. Whatever it is. You can complete this sentence " i am someone who..."

2. Notice the old identity.
Catch the automatic thoughts like I’m not enough, they’ll leave, I always fail, money is hard.

3. Don't argue with it.
Just go, nope, that's not how I see myself anymore. And distract yourself with your life. Even if the thought is there,let it be even if its uncomfortable.

4. Choose the new assumption.
I’m valued. Things work out for me. I’m safe. I always figure things out. Etc

5. Repeat.
Not 24/7 ( unless you want to) Just keep returning to it whenever the old story comes up.

6. Act like her. Think like her
Make decisions from the version of you who already trusts herself. Ask yourself before reacting "What would i think like in this situation if i have that thing"

7. Stop checking if you've changed.
You don't need to constantly ask, "Am I in the new identity yet?" You'll know when you are,just keep going

8. Let it become normal.
Eventually you won't feel like you're "trying" to be her. You'll just naturally be her.

Identity is basically what you repeatedly assume about yourself based on what you think and react to until it becomes your normal.

Keep repeating your affirmation NO MATTER what the 3D shows you.

Shows nothing = REPEAT
Shows opposite = REPEAT
Movement = REPEAT

The 3D doesn’t get to decide your story. Stay consistent with the reality you’ve chosen until it becomes your normal. DONT FALL VICTIM

Let the old story die. I know that it may feel comfortable to you. It may seem the “easier”option to go back to. However, the only way that you will ever stop doubting yourself and get exactly what you want is if you let it die. If you keep choosing to think in your favor and think from the new story instead. Just like how your mind is familiar with the old story, it can easily become familiar with the new one. All you have to do is stay consistent. Pick the new story every single time. The more that you stick to thinking in your favor, the less doubts you will have. The easier thinking in your favor will be and eventually, the less triggered you will feel and the old story won’t even be a thought in your mind anymore. You won’t give af anymore.

that's the whole shift. stop wishing from the outside, start knowing from the inside

and the trick is you gotta think FROM it, not OF it. huge difference. thinking of it means you're still outside looking in, still wishing. thinking from it means you're already there

“But how do I know that the law works?” By actually applying the knowledge that has been given to you. The only way that you will ever get what you want is by staying consistent. By not “giving up” just because you may see or hear something that you don’t like. Deny it. Reject it. If it’s not what you want then it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t exist.

Nothing in your reality can exist without your awareness of it. Stop asking people if the law is real when you are literally living and breathing proof that it is. Test it for yourself. Apply what people are telling you to do. Stop worrying about being perfect, only focus on being consistent. Make a decision (affirm) and stick to it (keep affirming) no matter what.

u don’t need to know whether it’s accepted or not 😭 once it’s accepted, the 3d will reflect it anyway. honestly “accepted” is just another word for saturated. whatever gets repeated the most gets accepted, and ur job isn’t to check for that, it’s to keep repeating

my first question , is it the law of believe?

if for example you have never experienced "abundance" or "more than enough money" ofc you will not completely believe it the minute you start affirming because that 1 simple statement is contradicting everything you have ever thought and experienced , so if anything it may be uncomfortable or doubts may arise and you would question it.
but this where you need to remember that your assumptions ( it's called the law of assumption for a reason ) and what you are consistent with manifests not what you 100% believe or have unwavering believe in manifests !
so the whole believe what you say part is out of the conversation , so please don't bother yourself with this and just stay consistent in the story you want to experience aka your new story.

i can confirm this, i’ve manifested countless things (“big” and “small”) without feeling it or believing it. you don’t need to do anything but decide it’s yours, literally. no matter how you feel or if you can believe it or not.
