Genuinely curious if there are SaaS companies out there who do very little product feature work and just do customer service/maintenance, because the product meets needs well.
@BloggerInAptB I've like Tim Mackie's response - "As many of them as possible!" I try to look at several when I'm doing a more intensive study.
My primary tends to be NLT; my friends who are professional translators said the NLT used methods they use when they are translating. Works for me!
Designers: I implore you to learn about the back-end system of the apps you work on.
How can you advocate for the user if you donโt know how their data is being used, or stored? How can you offer a good experience if you canโt signal whatโs going on under the hood in the UI?
