Not really sure how your staff shortage is my problem but amen…. And he checked the schedule to see when Vanessa (assistant general manager) and Patrica (general manager) was coming in and he didn’t see any schedule for them @ResidenceInn @MarriottBonvoy but yet staff is short

Went to Harrisonburg VA for Christmas, stayed at @ResidenceInn and had a great time.. checked out got my receipt for my room and went on about my day… then yesterday I wake up to a $827 charge for a room that I didn’t even sleep in three full months later!! @MarriottBonvoy

I have been calling the @ResidenceInn hotel multiple times only to be given Vanessa and Patricia’s voicemail… the guy at the front desk told me that you guys intentionally ignore calls calls cause you are short staff @MarriottBonvoy
