$500,000,000.
Half a billion dollars.
Currently, this is how much of $SPX index needs to be bought or sold for every 1% down or up move, respectively.
These flows are a result of a substantial options trade that was placed yesterday.
Let's have a look at what's going on ๐
Can addresses be censored from transacting in DAI?
It's a question that's come up a lot recently given regulatory discussions and the PolyNetwork hack.
Short answer: no.
For an explanation of the technical nuance, see the thread below ๐งต๐.

Will data confidence scores be as prevalent as Sonatype/Veracode scanning? @Mat_Yarger
A logical solution to a data provenance/integrity problem that needs to be solved. Whether or not the base layer is #IOTA, the concept of a data confidence score seems sound.
Amazing to watch the project #Alvarium livestream and see how industrial giants are using #IOTA to solve clear business problems. Over 1000 people are participating in the livestream and our community had to setup multiple channels to stream it on Discord ๐โค๏ธ

@MI_Investments@fundstrat Scenario 1: US gov cuts budget deficit โ> lower GDP โ> unlikely
Scenario 2: rates go higher โ> US gov more unlikely to pay interest on debt โ> FED must keep buying bonds to keep yields manageable
Thus: increased budget deficit + low rates for long = repeatable....until itโs not
Valuation is relative. Earnings forecast is at the core of investment decisions, but doesnโt fully explain price. There is value in looking at the macro picture.
$SPY #PE#yield
Nicely illustrated by @fundstrat ๐
Likely a period of price appreciation for both growth and value stocks VS US dollar in the coming years regardless of rising long terms rates. The US debt, budget deficit, and inflation control will be factors that contribute to a ceiling of how high long term yields can go.
Consensus -
"Rising long-term rates are terrible for growth stocks!"
During the previous cycle, 30-yr UST yield rose a fair bit during THREE periods, yet that didn't stop the leading growth stocks from rallying hard.
Current sell-off in growth is due to 'vaccine' news IMHO
@bitcoinliberty @blockfolio Big price movement with low transaction rate means very large buyers are in the space. Big dollar volume in each transaction.
