@zomato multiple follow ups, multiple calls, multiple tweets, but still no SLAs and resolution to open tickets.
Cancelled my @zomato gold subscription given how you treat your customers. Absolutely unacceptable.
@ZomatoUAE I am seriously disappointed with your customer service. No SLAs, no responses. I have been following up for over 72 hours. There seems to be no sense of urgency to resolve the ticket. If this is the way you treat gold customers, I am scared how you treat regular ones.

This brilliant video by @geekyranjit talks about the hypocrisy by mobile phone manufacturers and their hollow "go green" campaigns. Do give it a watch especially after the 12th minute.

A ton of customers + The ability to reach them through the internet + A bad incumbent product + Consumer purchasing power?
A dream market.
People don't have short attention spans:
• They finish 3 hour Joe Rogan episodes.

They have short *consideration spans:* they must be hooked quickly.
Point: Don't fear making great, in-depth content. But, ensure your first minute is incredible.

Why people quit thru careers:
At early stage: No Learning, Bad Manager, Better Comp
At mid stage: Culture, Growth, Responsibility, Freedom
At late stage: Alignment, Vision, Ownership, Ethics, Trust
I may be wrong, what did I miss?
@BeingPractical I am not sure if India needs one. But if it does end up getting one, it would be revolving around either messaging or payments. People need these apps on their phone all the time; people would not delete these apps even if low on memory. My best guess would be WhatsApp or GPay.
