My father (73) blood sample was collected 29th July from Sanitota PHC(754022)&sent 2 Tangi, CHC(754022) for Vit.B12 testing, but d sample is being deliberately destroyed by Tangi CHC also happening so many times .Plz do d needful @MahalingMukesh @moayush @Manas_BJP @MohanMOdisha
