@AmazonHelp Please be informed that your team are not able to help on chat. I have got mail from your side two days back but you don't take incoming mail on the id so you can't reply. Delay in delivery continues. #pathetic#service 5 days delay now.
@AmazonHelp And after that an auto generated mail I will get that you will be updated in 24 hours like last time and will not get any response. After 24 hours I will again contact here and again will be provided same link. That's how Amazon work. #interesting

Tried contacting customer care . They are rather blaming me that I have rescheduled the delivery. I have mailed the issue to mail id customer care executive has given.
