@TSBYQL19@Rod_Studd As I watched the game last night I felt it took too long to respond to the raft of changes Scaloni made. No excuse making here. The better team over the 90 minutes won and the narrative over what Tuchel could/couldn’t do will go back and forth for some time.
@grumpypleb 2/2 and designed to be difficult to navigate. How much is a food shop for a family of 4 in your world? Even an Aldi shop ain’t cheap. There are so many other things you could direct your energy towards.
@grumpypleb Holiday with a whole family £2000? Where are you going - end of your garden? When are you going - middle of winter? The issue is that work doesn’t pay enough so 38% of UC claimants are in work to make ends meet. You can argue about PIP thresholds but the process is laborious 1/2
@PaulSmithJnr The only counterpoint I have to that is he hasn’t yet managed at the top level. But I have no doubt that he will. Shattered perceptions in this tournament I think.
@curtiswoodhous8 He’s got character. I just hope the devastating knockout vs Allen hasn’t changed him too much. Like you say, heavyweight boxing has nowhere for you to hide.
@PompeyPedro I feel like his best chance of getting the ball to Haaland is about 9 seconds in the video. Check back, switch ball to left and play the pass then. Obvs I’m not a professional footballer so I might be talking absolute nonsense
@nickgoff79 Common theme with Aussies, always on some macho bullshit mission to assert dominance. Lost count of the number I’ve seen sat back down after standing up to force the point. Highlight probably the guy who got flattened with an A-board outside the bar I worked at in Wanchai.
@clarkaw Let’s not forget it’s easy to not speak ill of the dead. Or to speak about them at all, if we’re being fair. Much more fun to be cunty though, I’m guessing is your perspective.
@KazP19 I hope you create an impact enough for someone somewhere to say something similar about you in the event of your passing. Talking ill of the dead like this is the ugliest of things.
