Though 19% increase is low. But an increase of 6000₹ is a relief to JRFs. Please don't make researchers come out next time. Revise the fellowships yearly

Wht our research scholars need is a pay structure that ensures regular increment matching with inflation (like DA), not a random hike in every few years after agitations.
Also, allocation for the running projects shd increase to match the hike.
