@cromaretail If Croma can't even correctly assess that the damage goes beyond the glass, how can you claim you'll "repair/resolve" it safely? I've reported all of this to the Govt National Consumer Helpline. My demand stands: replacement or refund. #ConsumerRights@jagograhakjago (4/4)
@cromaretail my gas stove’s toughened glass top exploded during normal use, glass everywhere like a blast, contents burned. This is a serious safety defect. Croma support is offering only repair, but I want a replacement or refund. Please resolve. #Croma#ConsumerRights
@cromaretail To be clear @cromaretail: I have NOT withdrawn anything. I'm allowing the repair only as a temporary adjustment while I continue to pursue a replacement and my active NCH complaint. A temporary fix does NOT mean the case is resolved. (1/4)
@cromaretail Your own technician told me the gas pipe and internal parts below the glass are also burnt/damaged not just the glass top. Yet I'm told "we can only address the cooktop glass." The damage is clearly bigger than you're admitting. (3/4)
@cromaretail You took my cooktop for "repair" but 15+ days later it's still only waiting for parts at your service centre (per your own repair staff). Is this the quick resolution you keep promising publicly? (2/4)
@cromaretail To be clear: I did not refuse a fix, I refused to treat repair as the final resolution for a product whose glass EXPLODED. I'll allow the repair only as a temporary measure, without prejudice to my replacement/refund demand and my active NCH complaint. Case is NOT resolved.
