Here’s 5 ways to know there was no genocide in Gaza:
1. Military Advocate Generals (MAG).
In Israel, advice from the MAG, which is their version of America’s Judge Advocate Generals (JAG), is a mandatory order that must be followed. And we have seen firsthand dozens and dozens of videos where MAGs have canceled strikes to protect the civilian population in Gaza.
2. The High-Level Military Group.
The HLMG, an organization of the top-level officers and generals in every Western army in the world, including ours, has submitted a brief to the International Criminal Court (ICC), detailing the tremendous efforts Israel's army goes through on a daily basis to warn the enemy civilian population before it attacks a particular area. The HLMG says not only is it the most sophisticated warning system of its kind in the world, they say that their armies would never be allowed to implement it because their civilian populations would never allow it because it tells the enemy where you are going to strike in advance in order to protect civilian life. This results in more casualties for Israel.
3. The Polio vaccination program.
When it became clear that there were rumors of a polio outbreak in Gaza, Israel brought its doctors into a war zone and vaccinated 99% of the children in Gaza for free. Ask yourself this question: Would the Nazis have gone through the trouble to vaccinate the Jewish kids before they were being pushed into the gas chambers? The question is absurd even to ask it.
4. Past false genocide claims.
The Palestinians have claimed that Israel has perpetrated not one, but five separate genocides on them in Gaza since the Israeli disengagement of 2005. This despite the fact that the Gazan population has more than doubled during that 20-year period from one million in 2005 to 2.2 million today.
5. Top experts note Israel’s historic achievement in preserving life in urban warfare.
As John Spencer, Chair of Urban Warfare Studies at the Modern War Institute at West Point, and Richard Kemp, a former British Army officer and top intelligence official in England have written, Israel has the lowest militant-to-civilian kill ratio in the history of urban warfare.
At this point if you still claim Israel is committing genocide in Gaza you are either stupid and ignorant or antisemitic.
The antisemitic version usually means applying a double standard on the definition of genocide and the laws of war just to delegitimize Israel’s existence or right to pursue legitimate goals in a war it did not start or/and dehumanize every IDF soldier as a monster.
I have tried to argue basic definitions. Genocide requires intent to destroy a national, ethnical, racial or religious group as such, in whole or in part. The evidence does not show that intent toward the people in Gaza. What it shows is the opposite. Israel has taken extraordinary steps, often at real cost and risk, to prevent civilian harm while fighting an enemy that hides among them, uses hospitals and schools as bases, and treats its own people as props in an evil grand political strategy of martyrdom to eliminate all jews on the planet.
In the middle of the fighting Israel has let in huge amounts of food, hundreds of thousands of tons, sometimes more than the world food specialists said was needed. Water lines from Israel have stayed open, three of them supplying tens of thousands of cubic meters a day. They have coordinated repairs, kept desalination plants running by sending fuel and even electricity to key ones, and allowed generators so water systems, hospitals and bakeries can keep working. Medical supplies and equipment have poured in by the tens of thousands of tons. Field hospitals coordinated. Patients have been evacuated for treatment outside. When polio showed up for the first time in decades Israel halted fighting every day and worked with WHO and UNICEF on a mass vaccination campaigns. Over a million doses given. That is not how you try to wipe out a people.
Then look at the misinformation machine. Almost every big claim about Israel deliberately targeting journalists or medical staff or children falls apart, and a lot of the time it falls apart because of what Hamas itself admits, sometimes before anyone even finishes basic fact checking. The “journalists” killed for example. Plenty of the names on those lists later show up in Hamas or Islamic Jihad martyr posts as actual operatives or commanders. Dual roles are common in Gaza’s information space. Same with medical workers. People mourned as nurses or doctors get claimed later by the terror groups as fighters. Hospitals have been used as command centers and weapons storage over and over. Hamas officials have even said it out loud at times. Manuals found on how to use the hospitals as Hamas military sites.
The casualty numbers and the “they are targeting children” stories. The Hamas health ministry figures get treated like gospel, yet their own underlying data and later admissions undercut every trending statistic. Combatants get left out or reclassified. Claims of IDF snipers or drones hunting kids usually fail basic reality of sci-fi sniper drones that don’t exist or injury patterns coming out of the same hospitals.
These stories do not need years of investigation to collapse. Often Hamas’s own words or the available evidence do the job within days or weeks. But the first maximalist version is what spreads and sticks and then gets used to accuse the whole country of Israel and its army of genocidal intent.
It is not illegal or wrong to target and destroy your enemy in a war, especially one that started with a massacre, held hostages, and fights from inside the civilian population it claims to protect. Gaza is an awful war with awful conditions, conditions shaped heavily by Hamas’s tactics. That does not make it genocide. The aid that kept flowing, the vaccination campaigns, the water and power facilitation, and the way the propaganda claims kept falling apart all point the other direction. If you ignore all of that and still yell genocide the explanations left are ignorance or a double standard aimed only at Israel. But this entire stupid campaign every war in history is a genocide.

In less than 120 seconds, Benjamin Netanyahu explains how radical Islam is not only after Jews and Israel, but also after Christians and America.
This must go viral.
Antisemitic rhetoric is not abstract—it carries a cost, and my brothers and sisters continue to pay it. May this devastation somehow spark a hidden miracle, one our eyes do not yet have the merit to see.
October 7th was a reminder that evil exists in this world and a lesson to never be complacent. But above all, we must pray good overcomes evil, the hostages are returned to their families, and we never forget. #NeverForgetOctober7
I was at the Nova festival grounds today, exactly one year after more than 300 precious souls were brutally massacred by Hamas. At this very spot and at this very time, Hamas terrorists attacked these peace-loving festival attendees, murdered and kidnapping them. Today I went to pay my respects and support the grieving friends and families. We’re here to stay. We’re never going anywhere. We’re never going to forget.
@EYakoby Hate-filled graffiti is abhorrent and unacceptable. Those responsible must be held fully accountable for their actions. I hope the University pursues the harshest penalties possible for this misconduct.
Channel 12 has published a document found in a Gaza tunnel where Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar had been located.
The document contains guidelines for Hamas officials and operatives:
- Increase the production of photos and video clips showing the hostages in order to create psychological pressure (on Israel)
- Do everything to increase the psychological pressure on (Israeli Defense Minister Yoav) Gallant
- Push the line of thinking that Netanyahu is responsible for everything that happens
- Damage the Israeli narrative that the military ground operation aids the return of the hostages
Sam Harris: "Of course, the boundary between Anti-Semitism and generic moral stupidity is a little hard to discern—and I’m not sure that it is always important to find it. I’m not sure it matters why a person can’t distinguish between collateral damage in a necessary war and conscious acts of genocidal sadism that are celebrated as a religious sacrament by a death cult. Our streets have been filled with people, literally tripping over themselves in their eagerness to demonstrate that they cannot distinguish between those who intentionally kill babies, and those who inadvertently kill them, having taken great pains to avoid killing them, while defending themselves against the very people who have just intentionally tortured and killed innocent men, women, and yes… babies…
If you have landed, proudly and sanctimoniously, on the wrong side of this asymmetry—this vast gulf between savagery and civilization—while marching through the quad of an Ivy League institution wearing yoga pants, I’m not sure it matters that your moral confusion is due to the fact that you just happen to hate Jews. Whether you’re an anti-Semite or just an apologist for atrocity is probably immaterial. The crucial point is that you are dangerously confused about the moral norms and political sympathies that make life in this world worth living."
Anti-Semitism at its finest. Just a disgusting display of an educational system gone haywire. The Board of Columbia should stay hidden as there is no place for them in a just society
NEW: Jewish NYU professor Scott Galloway blasts the double standard of the anti-Israel protests, says he would be fired if he said “l*nch the blacks or b*rn the gays.”
“I can tell you, if I went into the NYU square with a white hood on and said, ‘l*nch the blacks or b*rn the gays,’ my ID would be shut off by that night,” he said.
“I would never work in academia again.”
“There would be no need for the words ‘context’ or ‘nuance,’ I wouldn’t be protected by the First Amendment or free speech.”
How would @Columbia respond if the students took over campus in support of the KKK and called for the genocide of other ethnic minorities?
Would @Columbia continue to support the demonstrations on the basis of a commitment to free speech or would the University’s code of conduct suddenly have operative impact?
Hamas has no motivation or incentive to negotiate. They think the world will keep Israel from doing the Rafah operation, their strategy will work, they will survive the war and thus achieve victory.
Vanderbilt could upgrade the quality of its student body by expelling these students and letting in twenty students from underprivileged backgrounds who were wait listed.
For months, I've been speaking out against @Columbia's refusal to deal with pro-terror students organizations on campus.
I thought I've seen it all.
I was wrong.
