I had a closed credit card 9989 with yes bank since 2021 there is an overdue amount of 1064 which I am ready to pay. After several follow up with @YESBAN is not yet resolved. @RBI @CIBIL_Expert. Please help me. I am trying since 1 year to resolved this affecting my cibil score.

@YESBANK @cibil, @YESBANK Hi team, as per the conversation with yes bank team they will take again 3 years to resolve my issue. @CIBIL please don't take feedback from yes bank as they don't know how to resolve customers'issues after making payment of settlement amount.
