The coach display at Platform 6 of DDU station is not working, I just boarded train no 12273 Duronto Express in A1 coach, due to no coach display on PF 6, lot of inconvenience to passengers. mainly senior citizens shall be attended.

The condition of 1st AC Coach H1 of train 12397 departed yesterday night from Gaya after rescheduled is very poor. No staff in the coach, no cleaning of coach/bathroom. Blankets are also very dirty. Train about to reach Aligarh but no cleaning done.

A 13yo child from #Varanasi #UttarPradesh in ICU undergoing critical cancer treatment in Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre, #Delhi required urgent platelets and blood units today.

We are grateful to @ashutosh27shank and @innerbeauty who immediately rose to the 🆘 and donated blood unit and platelets respectively.

NTES app showing train 12011, departed at 7.41 but still waiting on PF 2, NDLS & announcement made: train under maintenance in yard & will depart at 9AM.

Train rescheduling must be informed in advance so that we may plan accordingly to reach station.
