Today UFBU has a meeting with CLC.

My observation: consideration will fail and the strike will stand - almost certain.

A one-day strike causes no real discomfort to either the government or unions. Meanwhile, questions around UFBU and its leadership have remained unanswered for long.

This time, leadership may be forced to raise the stakes.

But the real question remains:
❓What after this strike - 3 days, 7 days, an indefinite strike, or another long silence like before?

It's painful to demand what is already agreed upon. Five days banking will be delightful reform in banking industry. Workforce will be more motivated to move towards 5 trillion economy.
