booked flight from delhi to Bhubaneswar (IX 1151) on 15th Feb through IXGIO. During the web check-in unexpectedly prompted to pay ₹8,500 for add-on services, despite not having selected any at the time of booking.

Fortunately, this issue was resolved after contacting your team.
However, to my surprise, I received a message in the evening stating that my ticket had been canceled. I did not initiate any cancellation request through the website or app, nor was I informed about this action

@ashvinekr This is absolutely pathetic! Everyone makes travel plans based on commitments, and canceling a flight without any concern for passengers is unacceptable. Such practices cause unnecessary inconvenience. @AirIndiaX @ixigo @PMOIndia @RamMNK @Ministry_CA @DGCAIndia
