@IDFCFIRSTBank this is the worst banking service ever. My friend is suffering a lot from J P Nagar, Bengaluru branch. Having saved money in savings bank account and unable to withdraw funds for any emergency doesn't reflect good service. Pls look into it. @RBI @RBIsays

Yes there is only 1 counter for these many ppl

Yes this congestion happens daily nt only during peak hours or festivals

Frequent travellers are facing this huge problem everyday.

How hard would it be to set up a couple more counters.

The existing counter also too slow

Ppl with families and kis struggle in the queue for a really long time.
