Recently with #razorpay we lost the dispute where 3 customers have ordered products from us on our e-commerce website and immediately the customers have raised a dispute just after the delivery. They refunded the entire amount & customers have got the product for free @Razorpay

Upon checking now I figured it was the payment gateway issues @Razorpay where multiple payment failed and the customer raised the dispute for the once that for processed. For the @Razorpay mistake the seller need to bear the loss

We have sent the @Razorpay all the proofs including invoice, AWB, live tracking link, shipment images. Without even verifying they have refunded the amount to customers. Nowadays its easier to be a customer than the seller.
