@StephenNolan You say you need to get back into healthy eating but I n my honest opinion, 625 calories a day, gym 5 days a week and as much chicken as you want on a Tuesday isn’t what I’d call healthy eating!! I think you’ll find it really to sustain that over a long period of time.

#ThisWeekInHistory in 1971, we demonstrated the prototype of the Arun class lifeboat. It achieved a speed of 18 knots and was self-righting. The design of the Arun class also won a Design Council award in 1982.

From porpoises and sheep to bulls and horses, our volunteers have their fair share of animal rescues. Not surprisingly, dogs are the most common animal rescued, with 206 pooches brought safely ashore last year #NationalPetDay
