Today we pay tribute to Vicki Pearse, who passed away last week. Vicki travelled to India many times as a volunteer running Teacher Training workshops, and was loved by many Asian Aid students and teachers who called her Granny Vicki.

We are truly grateful for Vicki’s legacy.

A group of 18 women in one of our community projects in Bangalore came together in 2019 with the focus to begin small savings that will improve their living conditions. Despite the pandemic, the group has been successfully helping the women meet their financial needs.
