Well done to @HelloFreshUK for sending a debt threatening letter to a 14yr old who cancelled her subscription and rejected this delivery with the courier. Panic and anxiety are through the roof. Wonderful service. #CustomerServiceFail

[asifrasul @asifrasul1]

@ThreeUKSupport This reply makes no sense at all. I spent over an hour going through the deal on live chat. Took a day off work - unpaid - waiting on delivery and you can't tell me why YOU cancelled my order or have the decency to contact me. Please can someone ring me

[asifrasul @asifrasul1]

@ThreeUKSupport can someone explain why my order has been cancelled due to fraud. I've 2 accounts and been a customer for 6 years and never missed 1 direct debit. Day off work lost waiting on a delivery. @ThreeUK

@monzo PLEASE contact me directly via telephone. your live chat sends me from person to person to person who keep repeating standard responses without listening to me. 41 days later. sometimes speaking to 3 advisors in one day. #financialdistress #badcustomerservices #Banking

[asifrasul @asifrasul1]

@TravelodgeUK how difficult is it to actually speak to someone regarding an ongoing complaint? 2 phone calls. Webchat. 2 emails and a staff logged report yet still being passed pillar to post. Disgraceful service. Shocking stay. 3 room changes at 11pm is unacceptable for a family

[asifrasul @asifrasul1]

@TravelodgeUK So the same link that has been previously used by me to get sent round in circles has been offered again to speak to a robot and get nowhere.
